Provincial Court

If you are scheduled to appear for a first appearance or docket matter, you may be able to appear remotely. Call the court office (in advance) to make arrangements.

The Ministry of Justice's ​Court Services Branch requires everyone attending a court facility to wear a medical grade mask and answer COVID-19-related screening questions.
