The Court of King’s Bench publishes Notices to either notify or remind the legal professional or self-represented persons appearing before the court of processes or conduct expected by the court and which may not otherwise be covered in the Rules of Court or Practice Directives.
Traditionally these Notices have been called Notices to the Profession, but they are here referred to as Administrative Notices to reflect that they also apply to persons who represent themselves.
