The Courts of Saskatchewan recognize the important role members of the media play in informing the public about what takes place in court.

As a result, the Courts have developed guidelines and protocols to assist the media in reporting on court matters.

Accessing Court Records

For accessing court records or exhibits in matters at Provincial Court, Court of King’s Bench, or the Court of Appeal:
