The Court of Queen’s Bench has approved the use of new forms, practices and procedures for Family Service proceedings in the Judicial Centres of Prince Albert, Regina and Saskatoon, effective June 1, 2011. The changes are designed to standardize, streamline and improve practice in proceedings under The Child and Family Services Act.
