The Provincial Court of Saskatchewan is committed to ensuring the Court is accessible, understandable, and accountable to the public.

This Provincial Court Data Dashboard presents a monthly snapshot of the administration of justice through the lens of the Provincial Court.

The Provincial Court of Saskatchewan consists of:

JUDGES *

At full complement*, there are 49 full-time Provincial Court judges, including the Chief Judge. The Court also has an active list of Temporary Judges (typically retired judges) who preside over matters where needed.

COURTHOUSE LOCATIONS

The permanent Provincial Court locations are: Estevan, La Ronge, Lloydminster, Meadow Lake, Melfort, Moose Jaw, North Battleford, Prince Albert, Regina, Saskatoon, Swift Current, Wynyard, and Yorkton.

CIRCUIT POINT LOCATIONS

Provincial Court Circuit Points are temporary court locations. Circuit points are located in smaller, often rural or remote communities where judges and court staff travel to hold court.
