The Honourable Jerome A. Tholl has been appointed to the Court of Appeal for Saskatchewan. Justice Tholl was previously appointed a judge of the Court of Queen’s Bench for Saskatchewan in 2013. While on that Court, he was a member of the Court of Queen’s Bench Rules Committee, the Family Law Rules Committee, and the Innovation Committee. Prior to his time on the Bench, Tholl worked first in civil litigation, and later in criminal prosecutions for the Ministry of Justice. He fills the vacancy created on the Court when Justice Georgina Jackson elected supernumerary status in December 2018.
