The Court of Queen’s Bench will begin a pilot project for criminal pre-trials in the Judicial Centres of Prince Albert and Melfort. Commencing September 2012, criminal pre-trials in those Judicial Centres will be held in Prince Albert on fixed dates throughout the next court year. Pre-trials will be scheduled approximately every six weeks.
