The Honourable R. D. Laing has been appointed Chief Justice of the Saskatchewan Court of Queen’s Bench.
Chief Justice Laing has served as a judge of the Court of Queen’s Bench for Saskatchewan since 1994. He received his Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Saskatchewan in 1967 and was admitted to the Law Society of Saskatchewan in 1971. This appointment is effective January 1, 2006.
