The Honourable James A. Plemel was appointed Chief Judge of the Provincial Court of Saskatchewan today. Judge Plemel will replace current Chief Judge Carol Snell, whose seven-year term as Chief ends December 31, 2014. Judge Plemel has served as a judge of the Provincial Court since 2009.
