The Honourable Maurice J. Herauf has been appointed a judge of the Court of Appeal of Saskatchewan. Justice Herauf was elevated to the Court of Appeal from the Court of Queen’s Bench, to which he was appointed in 2007.
Prior to his Queen’s Bench appointment, he was Registrar of the Court of Appeal and Registrar in Bankruptcy for 12 years, and held positions with the Saskatchewan Liquor and Gaming Authority and the Maintenance Enforcement Office at Saskatchewan Justice. In addition, he has authored several articles that have appeared in the Saskatchewan Law Review, Saskatchewan Advocate and the Canadian Bankruptcy Reports
