Emergency After Hours Contact
Court of King's Bench | SaskatchewanAfter Hours Contact
In the event the Court needs to be contacted after regular office hours to consider an emergency application, an email should be sent to the after-hours email. The email must include your name and contact information, as well as a brief explanation as to why an emergency application/hearing is required.
A Court employee will contact you to provide instructions, which may include a direction to contact the Local Registrar during regular office hours.
When the need for an emergency after-hours application is anticipated, the applicant must contact the Local Registrar in advance, during regular office hours, to make appropriate arrangements.
Contact information for the King’s Bench Registrar’s Offices.
Please note that matters requiring an emergency application outside of regular office hours are rare. For example, an emergency court hearing may be convened to hear an application for an injunction, an extra-provincial warrant or a time-sensitive authorization to monitor private communications.
