The Honourable Jeffrey Lubyk has been appointed to Provincial Court in Prince Albert. Judge Lubyk received his law degree from the University of Saskatchewan in 1998 and since that time has focused primarily on criminal law, working first in private practice, then with Legal Aid, and, most recently, as a Senior Crown Prosecutor for the Ministry of Justice.
