The Honourable David G. Gerecke has been appointed to the Court of Queen’s Bench in Saskatoon. At the time of his appointment, Justice Gerecke was managing partner for both the Regina and Saskatoon offices of Miller Thomson LLP. He received his law degree from the University of Saskatchewan in 1990, was called to the Bar in 1992, and was appointed Queen’s Counsel in 2018. He replaces Justice Brian Scherman, who elected supernumerary status in March 2021.
