On March 25, the Honourable Roy Norman Hall, passed away at the age of 85 years. Born at Ponteix, Saskatchewan on October 24, 1920, Roy was educated at Ponteix and Shaunavon, Saskatchewan, and graduated from the University of Saskatchewan with a B.A. and LL.B (cum laude).

He served with the RCAF in World War II as a navigator. Roy practised law in Prince Albert, and was appointed to the Court of Appeal for Saskatchewan in 1962 and served for twenty-eight years until retirement.
