The Court of Appeal for Saskatchewan is located in Regina, although it sits in Saskatoon six times throughout the year.
The Court of Appeal is located in the Victoria Avenue Courthouse at 2425 Victoria Avenue – directly across from the Regina City Hall.

The Court of Appeal Registry Office is located on the second floor of the courthouse. The office is open from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
There is a dropbox outside the Registry door where documents may be left for filing.
