The Court of Appeal granted a request from CTV News Saskatoon and Global Saskatoon to place a camera in the courtroom to record and broadcast the appeal hearing for Douglas Hales on Nov. 23, 2015. This is the first time a camera has been permitted to record court proceedings in a Saskatchewan courtroom.
