The Court of Appeal for Saskatchewan has passed The Court of Appeal Criminal Appeal Rules (Saskatchewan). These new rules apply to criminal practice and procedure before the Court of Appeal.
The Court has also passed two new civil Practice Directives (#3 and #4). These Practice Directives concern the Taxation of Costs and Electronic Filing. All changes were passed as of December 15, 2010, and are effective as of that day.
