The Court of Appeal implemented a new electronic filing and case management system during the 2010-11 fiscal year. This new system automates many of the court’s procedures and provides a presence to the public, legal counsel and litigants through the internet and a public portal enabling all litigants to complete and file court documents electronically. The fee changes introduced April 1, 2011, update the fees for existing services and reflect new services provided through the e-court system. See a copy of the updated fees here.
