The Honourable Meghan McCreary has been appointed to the Court of Appeal for Saskatchewan. At the time of her appointment, Justice McCreary was a Judge of the Court of Queen’s Bench, having been appointed to that court in 2018. Prior to joining the trial court, Justice McCreary was a partner with MLT Aikins LLP in Regina, specializing in labour, employment, workplace human rights and administrative law. She was also active in the community, chairing both the Saskatchewan Arts Board and the Globe Theatre Society, and acting as a trustee of the Saskatchewan Pension Plan.
