The Honourable Colin D. Clackson and the Honourable Leah Schatz have been appointed to the Court of Queen’s Bench in Saskatoon. At the time of his appointment, Justice Clackson practiced law for WMCZ, a firm which he helped found in 1996. Justice Clackson is appointed to the General Divison, replacing Justice Ron Mills, who elected supernumerary status Dec. 1, 2020. Justice Schatz was a partner at MLT Aikins LLP in Saskatoon at the time of her appointment to the Family Law Division. She replaces Justice Donna Wilson, who retired April 30, 2020.
