The Court of Queen’s Bench will return to pre-pandemic operations this fall, with several specific exceptions, including off-site jury trials. The Court today issued a Directive Update that replaces its current Directive effective Sept. 7, 2021. The Update anticipates a return to normal operations for most areas of the Court, with continued monitoring of local circumstances.
