The Honourable W. F. Gerein, Chief Justice of the Court of Queen’s Bench and the Honourable G.T. Seniuk, Chief Judge of the Provincial Court for Saskatchewan are pleased to announce the appointment of Sharon H. Pratchler as Registrar of the Court of Queen’s Bench and Provincial Court. This appointment is effective November 15, 2004.
Ms. Pratchler has practiced extensively in the trial courts, particularly in the criminal law area. After a number of years in private practice, Ms. Pratchler joined Public Prosecutions, working out of the Moose Jaw and Regina offices. In September of 2002, she was seconded to the Civil Law Division of the Department of Justice where she advised a number of government departments including the Department of Employment and Community Resources.
