The Honourable Brian Barrington-Foote has been appointed to the Court of Queen’s Bench in Regina. He will fill the vacancy left by Justice E.J. Gunn, who elected supernumerary status in September 2011.
Justice Barrington-Foote has been a partner with MacPherson Leslie & Tyerman LLP for the past 10 years, and before that was a partner with McKercher McKercher & Whitmore in Regina. He also served as Deputy Minister and Deputy Attorney General of Saskatchewan Justice from 1987 to 1992.
