The Honourable Darin C. Chow and the Honourable Lyle W. Zuk have been appointed judges of the Family Law Division of the Court of Queen’s Bench for Saskatchewan. Justice Chow is appointed in Regina, while Justice Zuk is appointed in Prince Albert. Mr. Justice Chow was appointed to the Provincial Court of Saskatchewan in 2012. Prior to that, he was a partner with Chow McLeod (formerly Chow & Company) in Moose Jaw.
He replaces Justice D.L. Wilson, who transferred to Saskatoon to replace Justice M.E. Wright, who retired on August 31, 2013. At the time of his appointment, Mr. Justice Zuk was a lawyer with Wilcox Zuk Chovin Law Offices in Prince Albert. He replaces Justice R.D. Maher, who elected to become a supernumerary judge on August 5, 2013.
