The Honourable Michelle Marquette has been appointed a judge of the Provincial Court of Saskatchewan in Wynyard. Judge Marquette has practiced law for 20 years, after graduating with distinction from the College of Law, University of Saskatchewan. She established a sole practice in Wadena in 2006, which she has operated ever since. Judge Marquette’s legal experience encompasses family, criminal and corporate law, civil litigation, wills and estates, and real estate transactions. She replaces Judge James Plemel, who will become Chief Judge of the Provincial Court on January 1, 2015.
