The Honourable Daryl Rayner has been appointed a judge of the Provincial Court of Saskatchewan in Moose Jaw. Judge Rayner has practiced law for 32 years, starting as a Crown Prosecutor in Regina after graduating from the College of Law, University of Saskatchewan in 1983.
He has been in prosecutions his entire career, most recently serving as Assistant Deputy Minister Public Prosecutions. Judge Rayner also taught criminal law at the Saskatchewan Police College and RCMP “F” Division. He replaces Judge Margaret Gordon, who will retire in early 2017.
