The Honourable Robert Mackenzie has been appointed a judge of the Provincial Court of Saskatchewan in La Ronge. Judge Mackenzie received a law degree from the University of Saskatchewan in 1985, and earned his Master of Laws in 2005.
He has been both a lawyer and Legal Director for the Saskatchewan Legal Aid Commission, before spending the past 11 years with Prosecutions, most recently as a Regional Crown Prosecutor. Judge Mackenzie replaces Judge R. Lane, who is transferring to Provincial Court in Prince Albert.
