The Honourable Marilyn Penner has been appointed a judge of the Provincial Court of Saskatchewan. Judge Penner was called to the Bar in 1995 and has close to 20 years of experience in private practice. She became a partner of WMCZ Lawyers in Saskatoon in 2005 and has extensive experience in civil litigation, family, labour, and estate law. Judge Penner will preside at various court points.
