The new Court of Queen’s Bench Rules of Court and Forms come into effect on July 1, 2013, fully replacing the Rules of Court and Forms that were in effect prior to July 1, 2013.
The new rules and forms will be housed – in both English and French – on the Queen’s Printer website, where they can be downloaded for free.
