Members of the public will be able to watch a livestream broadcast of the Reference by the Government of Saskatchewan in the matter of The Greenhouse Gas Pollution Pricing Act. The Court of Appeal will hear the Reference on February 13 and 14, 2019, beginning at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, and 9:00 a.m. the following day.
