The Honourable Bryce Pashovitz and the Honourable Ian William Mokuruk have been appointed to the Provincial Court of Saskatchewan.
Judge Pashovitz, appointed to Meadow Lake, received his law degree from the University of Saskatchewan in 1995, graduating with distinction. He has worked as a Crown prosecutor since that time, first in Regina and later in Saskatoon. He also worked as Crown Counsel with the federal prosecution service in 2008-2009.
Judge Mokuruk, appointed to North Battleford, received his law degree from the University of Saskatchewan in 2001, and was called to the Bar in 2002. He worked in private practice before joining the Legal Aid Commission in 2004. In 2005, he went back to private practice and in 2013, he co-founded Mokuruk & Woods Law Office.
