The Court of Appeal is seeking comments from Saskatchewan’s legal community on proposed Civil Practice Directive No. 5 – Proof of Service. When adopted, the change would allow counsel to file a “certificate of service” in satisfaction of any proof of service requirement and in lieu of filing an acknowledgment of service.
