Municipal (Bylaw) Court

Bylaw courts, with the exception of Prince Albert, will resume effective June 1, 2020.

Matters that were adjourned due to COVID-19 have been rescheduled. Adjourned-to dates can be found on this page.

Only those necessary to proceedings should attend the court house.

Entrance will be monitored by security and may be restricted or delayed in keeping with public health guidelines.

Anyone exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19 should not attend and will not be admitted. Call the court office to make arrangements if this applies.

Justices of the Peace preside over Bylaw Court in Regina and Saskatoon on a part-time, weekly basis. Matters heard in this court pertain to violations under city bylaws, which include noise infractions and domestic animal violations. Docket courts and trials are held as follows:

In Regina
